I am Annie Claffey, the Founder of The Harvest, a 3 day immersive wellness event. Our first event is happening in the Connemara Coast Hotel March 25th – 27th. My 16+ years working in the financial sector, on national marketing and PR campaigns, culture and internal communications as well as organising events, have given me more than the experience I need to plan The Harvest. Working in a large, pressured business has also made me very aware of how important mental health and work-life balance are for business productivity, as well as the wellbeing of individuals.
