I come from a diverse background of fitness, music, theatre and even marketing! But what all my roles have had in common is that I encouraged; motivated and inspired others to get the best from themselves. Hence my natural progression to further my studies and become a Leadership and Wellness Coach. When you work with me, I will show how putting yourself first can have such positive effects on those around you, and also why, when your frame of mind is in the right place then everything else will follow suit.
