Gerardine founded L&A over 25 years ago, and has built it from a start up to well established communications brand. She provides Coaching, Training and Mentoring to all level of Executive, Manager, Owner and Team member across a range of diverse companies in Ireland, UK and US.
She has developed unique results focused training programmes in all aspects of communications including high impact presentations, winning pitches, internal communications and crisis/media communications. Available as 1:1, 1: to many or online.
She has also worked on numerous consultancy assignments with SME’s across the country.
