I provide individual therapy and workshops on Mental Health, Leadership and why we must value and introduce Trauma Informed Workplaces.
I help people to understand how their emotions and histories impact their mental health and what they can do to reach their true potential in their work and personal lives.
I am Wife and a Mum to two under six years so I am busy building a business and a home whilst still making time to get back out onto the dance floor! I adore music and socialising with friends old and new.
